Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the item for you.

Exchange Process

No hassle exchanges and free standard shipping for all domestic U.S. exchanges.

Exchange Method #1 - Fastest turnaround

Simply place a new order within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.  Reference your original order number and the item you will be returning in the notes section of the new order upon checkout.

We will quickly get started on your new order.  Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will notify you and refund the original purchase amount.

Please note:

  • You will be required to pay for the new order in order for us to be able to ship out an exchange item.
  • Exchange items must be of equal or greater value.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  • Promotions, coupons or discounts are not transferable to the exchange order.
  • It may take 4-5 business days for your exchange/return to reach us. Once it is received we will quickly inspect items and process any refunds to be automatically applied back to your original payment method. While we usually take less than 2 days to manage this process, your credit card company may take from 2-10 additional business days to post credits to your account.

Exchange Method #2

Return the item back to us within 10 days of receipt along with a note specifying your original order number and the product that you would like to receive in exchange.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and notify you of your new order number.  Any difference in price will be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Process

You may return your eligible item within 10 days of delivery date. Items returned to us are either returned to the manufacturer or sold as USED items at a loss. To be fair, we charge a reasonable 25% product return fee. 

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of either:
  • Returning the merchandise to you.
  • Donating the item(s) to charity.
Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.


Out of Stock Merchandise

If an item that you ordered is out of stock we will inform you via email or telephone. We will do our best to inform you of possible later availability or substitutions. We will promptly refund your funds for items that are not available. If the merchandise is on back-order and will be available at a later time, we will inform you of the date.


Defective/Damaged Products

We do our best to ensure that products are shipped is in perfect condition. In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly solve the problem.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.


If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after it is shipped; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive the discount or promotion.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with California state regulations if your shipping address is within the state of California.
