Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the item for you.

No-Hassle Exchange Process
Exchange Method #1 - Fastest turnaround
Place your exchange order within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Enter your original order # and describe the item you will be returning in the notes section at checkout.
Return your item to us.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise we will refund the eligible original purchase amount.
Please note:
- You will be required to pay for the new order in order for us to be able to ship out an exchange item.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition.
- Promotions, coupons or discounts are not transferable to the exchange order.
Exchange Method #2
Return the item back to us within 10 days of receipt along with a note specifying your original order #, reason for exchange, and the specify the product that you would like to receive in exchange.
Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and notify you of your new order #.
Any difference in price will be applied to your original method of payment.
Return Process
You may return your eligible item within 10 days of delivery date.
All returns are subject to a 25% product return fee.

Out of Stock Merchandise
We will inform you if an item is out of stock. We will do our best to inform you of availability date or substitute items.
If items are not available any payments processed will be refunded.
Defective/Damaged Products
We do our best to ensure that products are shipped is in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the situation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
Our order-fulfillment and is designed to process orders quickly and efficiently.
Orders cannot be cancelled once an items has been shipped.
Orders returned undeliverable or refused are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with California state regulations if your shipping address is within the state of California.
