We are not liable for loss due to courier error or theft during transit. However, if your item is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with the paperwork required to file a claim with the courier.
P.O. Boxes
We will ship via U.S. Postal Service to all P.O. Box, APO & FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
International Orders
The above shipping rates apply only addresses in the United States. However, we do ship to many international destinations. Select your international destination during checkout and select "International" shipping and we will contact you via email regarding the shipping amount for your order.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock we will inform you via email or telephone. We will do our best to inform you of possible later availability or substitutions. In most cases you are not charged until the item ships (see above). However, if you are charged, we will promptly refund your funds for items that are not available. If the merchandise is on back-order and will be available at a later time, we will inform you of the date.

Exchange Policy
Same Style - Different Color
Each eligible item you order can be exchanged one time for a small handling fee of $5. Requests for exchange must be placed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Subsequent color exchanges will incur a 20% exchange item fee. Please follow the exchange guidelines below to process your exchange.

- Human Hair items and merchandise marked Closeout, Sales Final, or Costume Wigs cannot be exchanged.
- We can only accept products in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in original factory condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.)
- Once we receive the merchandise you will receive the calculated store credit towards the item you would like to exchange.

Defective Merchandise
We check our merchandise before it is delivered to ensure it is free from defects. In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please call us as soon as possible. We will promptly exchange the item for the exact same item.
Cancellation Policy
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can't change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after it is shipped; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive the discount or promotion.

Privacy policy
It is our Policy to keep all information obtained about our customers strictly confidential. This includes name, business name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and items ordered. As required to process your order, will share your order information with our vendors strictly to complete your particular order. We instruct all of our vendors to delete and not save or archive any personal information about your order after your order has been processed. No payment information is ever shared with any outside vendors except for payment authorization and/or to resolve issues (Better Business Bureau, Verisign payment, Paypal, bank etc.)
For shipments to destinations outside the United States, Customs Regulations require that we state the contents of the package on paperwork that is sealed in a pouch on the outside of the box. The words "synthetic wig" or "human hair wig" may appear on this paperwork.
We do not send unsolicited advertising materials through the U.S. Postal Service, or via email, although we may occasionally include a catalog or brochure inside the package with the Customer's order.
We do have an opt-in email mailing list for customers who wish to receive our newsletter. Customers who have opted-in to this list may unsubscribe at any time.
