We will ship via U.S. Postal Service to all P.O. Box, APO & FPO addresses. Please allow extra time for your item to arrive. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

All packages are sent by one of the following carriers:

We are not liable for loss due to courier error or theft during transit. However, if your item is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with the paperwork required to file a claim with the courier.

International Shipping
The above shipping rates apply only addresses in the United States. However, we do ship to many international destinations. Select your international destination during checkout and select "International" shipping and we will contact you via email regarding the shipping amount for your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you use a debit card, the amount of the order will be placed on AUTHORIZATION HOLD when placed. The transaction is only charged at the time of shipping. However, even if we do not charge (e.g., the item is out of stock) your checking account might show the amount as unavailable until the hold expires (usually 24-72 hours). This hold is placed by the card-issuing bank and we cannot release this hold. For this reason we suggest that you use a real credit card if you need access to the funds in the checking account.

Paypal payments are paid and charged immediately. If an item is out of stock or otherwise not deliverable, the transaction will be refunded within 5 business days.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock we will inform you via email or telephone. We will do our best to inform you of possible later availability or substitutions. In most cases you are not charged until the item ships (see above). However, if you are charged, we will promptly refund your funds for items that are not available. If the merchandise is on back-order and will be available at a later time, we will inform you of the date.


Catalog Requests

We have a 'virtual' catalog online that is kept up to date. Our product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

Return and Refund Policy

You may return your eligible item within 7 days of delivery date. All ineligible returns will incur a 25% product return fee.

Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order.


Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Not Eligible for Return
Costume wigs, closeout or clearance items, discontinued items, care products, accessories, liquids, special order items and wholesale orders and any item otherwise advertised as sales final.

If your product is ineligible for exchange or return, we will email you the option of either:
  • Returning the merchandise to you at your cost.
  • Donating the item(s) to the American Cancer Society (receipt of donation available upon request). You will receive a coupon for 20% off a future purchase with wigdeals.com for your donation to charity.

Ineligible item(s) will be automatically donated 30 days after receipt.

Exchange Policy

Same Style - Different Color

Each eligible item you order can be exchanged one time for a small handling fee of $5. Requests for exchange must be placed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Subsequent color exchanges will incur a 20% exchange item fee. Please follow the exchange guidelines below to process your exchange.

  • Human Hair items and merchandise marked Closeout, Sales Final, or Costume Wigs cannot be exchanged.
  • We can only accept products in original condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and in original factory condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.)
  • Once we receive the merchandise you will receive the calculated store credit towards the item you would like to exchange.

Defective Merchandise

We check our merchandise before it is delivered to ensure it is free from defects. In the event that you receive a defective product, please call us as soon as possible. We will promptly exchange the item for the same item.

Cancellation Policy

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can't change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after it is shipped; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive the discount or promotion.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with California state regulations if your shipping address is in the state of California.

Privacy policy

It is our Policy to keep all information obtained about our customers strictly confidential. This includes name, business name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and items ordered. As required to process your order, will share your order information with our vendors strictly to complete your particular order. We instruct all of our vendors to delete and not save or archive any personal information about your order after your order has been processed. No payment information is ever shared with any outside vendors except for payment authorization and/or to resolve issues (Better Business Bureau, Verisign payment, Paypal, bank etc.)

For shipments to destinations outside the United States, Customs Regulations require that we state the contents of the package on paperwork that is sealed in a pouch on the outside of the box. The words "synthetic wig" or "human hair wig" may appear on this paperwork.

We do not send unsolicited advertising materials through the U.S. Postal Service, or via email, although we may occasionally include a catalog or brochure inside the package with the Customer's order.

We do have an opt-in email mailing list for customers who wish to receive our newsletter. Customers who have opted-in to this list may unsubscribe at any time.
